STRUCTURE OF THE MASTERCLASS

The first day of the Master Class is the introduction to the EU Budget and the funding and business opportunities that stem from it through the Structural Funds, EU Procurement and EU Programmes.  Speakers will present the role of the EU Institutions in managing the Programmes, the functioning of EU funding Programmes, the commercial opportunities provided by EU Procurement and the official sources of information.

The following days are devoted to the Workshop of EU Project Drafting and Evaluation in which the trainers will share their techniques, tips and tricks on how to develop a sound proposal for EU funding.  Trainers will dive into the operational aspects of the project life-cycle, methodologies of project preparation and proposal drafting making direct reference to real-life case studies of EU funded projects.  Participants are then grouped into Teams that will simulate the development of a proposal under the supervision of the trainers and will simulate the evaluation process in the “Shock Therapy”.

During the Master Class, participants can arrange individual sessions with the trainers to discuss specific project ideas.
