AI VET Project Launches Open-Access Training Materials to Empower VET Educators in the Age of Artificial Intelligence
Seven practical modules — enriched with case studies and best practices — now available online to boost AI literacy, innovation, and pedagogical transformation across Europe
The European project AI VET, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, proudly announces the release of its open-access training programme, created to help Vocational Education and Training (VET)professionals integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their daily practice in meaningful and accessible ways.
Developed collaboratively by partners from Spain, Italy, Poland, and Belgium, the training programme offers a structured, hands-on introduction to AI in education. It combines practical guidance, case studies, and real-life examples showing how AI can enhance teaching, learning, and institutional innovation in vocational contexts.

Seven Modules for AI-Powered Education
The training package includes seven thematic modules, each designed to explore a key dimension of AI integration in VET:
- How to Use AI in the Classroom – Practical guidance and classroom-tested examples that bring AI tools to life.
- AI Basics for VET Teachers – A clear, friendly introduction to AI concepts and trends relevant to VET.
- Using Data to Improve Teaching – Case studies on how AI-powered analytics can support evidence-based instruction.
- Creating Personalized Learning with AI – Examples of adaptive learning environments built around learners’ needs.
- Making Work Easier with AI Tools – Best practices for automating administrative tasks and saving valuable teaching time.
- New Skills and Topics for the Future – Insight into the emerging competences that learners will need in the AI-driven economy.
- Bringing Innovation to VET with AI – Practical illustrations of how AI can drive creativity, collaboration, and institutional transformation.
Each module features case studies, examples of good practice, and links to useful tools, allowing educators to see how AI is already transforming VET classrooms across Europe. The content is fully aligned with the EntreCompand DigComp 2.2 frameworks, ensuring pedagogical and strategic coherence with European education standards.
Accessible, Inclusive, and Multilingual
All training materials are freely available in four languages—English, Spanish, Italian, and Polish—and can be accessed by teachers, trainers, and education managers seeking to enhance their digital and pedagogical competences.
By combining AI awareness, practical experimentation, and real-life examples, the AI VET project empowers VET professionals to navigate digital transformation responsibly and confidently, while ensuring ethical, inclusive, and human-centred use of AI in education.
