Join the EU SDG Challenge: A Call for Sustainable Ideas from Europe’s VET Learners

The Scouts4GreenApp project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, has launched the EU SDG Challenge 2025 – an international competition designed to empower VET learners across Europe to contribute actively to sustainability through innovation, creativity, and practical action.

Running from April to September 2025, the EU SDG Challenge invites vocational learners, both at home and abroad, to submit project concepts that promote ecological, economic, or social sustainability within companies or mobility contexts. These ideas will be evaluated by both national and European juries based on their relevance, impact, design, and methodological quality.

About the Challenge

The EU SDG Challenge is part of the broader Scouts4GreenApp initiative – a dynamic Erasmus+ project that equips VET learners and professionals with the tools and knowledge to address sustainability challenges. The project blends an engaging digital app, interactive curriculum, and real-world mobilities, empowering participants to co-create solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

  • All VET learners – in international mobility or based at home
  • All genders, ages, and origins
  • All types of VET, from any chamber, organization, or sector

Participants are encouraged to submit their ideas via a short online form, drawing from their experiences and the Scouts4GreenApp learning resources.
