IHF asbl joined the closing meeting of SOLOPRENEUR, an Erasmus Plus Project

On November 16th, 2020, IHF asbl joined the online closing meeting of SOLOPRENEUR (Self-Employability in Remote Regions of Europe). The project has been implemented by eight Organisations from six European countries (Belgium, Cyprus, France, Iceland, Italy, Spain) with the aim of fostering the access to the EU job market of people who are in search of their first employment, are (even temporarily) out of the job market for objective reasons (crisis, job market contraction, in-between jobs, etc.), underemployed (position lower than qualification) or want to develop their own business.

The project developed training modules and training fiches in 6 languages (English, French, Greek, Icelandic, Italian, and Spanish) published on the SOLOPRENEUR Platform http://www.solo-preneur.eu/training.php

During the meeting, held online due to COVID-19 pandemic, Partners finalised the OER Platform structure with a recap on the numbers of single accesses reached during the 24 months of implementation. Furthermore, Dissemination results were showcased, and suggestions were proposed to further improve the impact before the end of the project. Administrative aspects and reporting were finally addressed, along with the Quality Assurance section, meant to improve the overall level of the project.

In the Project, IHF asbl brings its expertise and experience as a key social player in international and European projects. In particular, IHF asbl ensures the “European Dimension” of the Project as it carries out all the technical tasks from a “European Perspective”, i.e. carrying out analysis of relevant EU policies and initiatives; extrapolating EU relevant case studies, lessons learned and best practices.
