The sustainable tourism’s field needs to strengthen its growth and competitiveness by enhancing European professionals’ skills and competencies in order to fully support employability in the UE. During the meeting, Partners took stock of the current status of the above-mentioned Platform and an overview of the Training and Tools contained in it.  Dissemination and multiplier events, necessary for the visibility and mainstreaming of the project, and administrative issues were also addressed.

IHF brings in SUSTAIN IT its expertise and experience as a key social player in international and European projects. In particular, IHF ensures the “European Dimension” of the project as it carries out all the technical tasks from a “European Perspective”, i.e. carrying out analyses of relevant EU policies, trends and initiatives; extrapolating EU relevant case studies, lessons learned and best-practices.
