What we do

IHF asbl is a platform to disseminate European cultural and entrepreneurial values and enhance integration within and outside the Union by promoting exchange of knowledge as well as networking opportunities.

In addition to carrying out research and analysis in various areas of European relevance, IHF organises seminars and conferences as well as more technical training courses on EU Policies and Regulation, International Relations and Project Management.

The training courses are designed to enhance the participation to EU-funded programmes and can be developed and delivered “on demand”, i.e. tailored to specific needs of a wide range of organisations.

IHF provides further assistance through continuous monitoring of EU legislation and European Institution activities and disseminating related information. As a platform for cooperation and networking, IHF assists also in the search for partners across borders to establish consortia for project proposals according to EC requirements.

With the initiative “Brussels for the youth”, IHF hosts groups of university students and/or young graduates for an intensive training on European issues, followed by an internship at IHF’s Brussels office. The initiative is funded by local authorities and aims at facilitating the integration of young graduates to a wider international working contest.
