SOCIAL EDUCATION FOR DIGITAL TARDIVES: IHF in Paris for the 2nd Transnational Meeting of CLICK CLEVER, an Erasmus+ Project

April 4th, 2019

IHF was in Paris (FR) for the second meeting of CLICK CLEVER, hosted by French partner E-SENIORS. The project is implemented by a Consortium of 8 Partners from 5 European countries (Belgium, France, Greece, Italy and Spain).

Partners discussed Primary and Secondary Research – the former deals with gap analysis on target groups and their use of the Internet via online survey whereas the latter is about the necessary countermeasures implemented to solve digital ignorance and misuse of social media – IHF took care of both at European and International level.

The combination of evaluations from those researches will allow partners to investigate and solve digital issues and foster the creation of a proper “digital culture” at a European level by developing free online and face-to-face training modules to make “digital immigrants” able to live in relational environments, such as social networks, and to think critically about contents they receive through social media.
